Consignment Terms
The agreement that governs watches we accept for auction.
Before a lot goes live
ChronoBid confirms consignment in writing: estimate guidance, reserve if any, 6% seller fee, photography or catalogue charges, and who pays shipping to the house.
The signed written consignment terms control for each watch. ChronoBid will share the full agreement before you consign.
Title and condition
You must be able to consign the watch. Tell us about service history, replaced parts, and known issues. Catalogue text reflects what you and our basic review provide.
Our Watch Assessment Process is a basic catalogue review, not a formal authenticity certificate unless stated on the lot.
Sale, unsold, and withdrawal
If the lot sells, settlement follows after the buyer pays, net of agreed charges.
If bidding ends below reserve or the lot is withdrawn under the written terms, unsold handling applies. Unsold charges are listed on Auction Fees.
Governing terms
Site Terms and Conditions still apply to your account. Privacy Policy covers how we handle seller contact details and lot messages.
